Rolling Meadows police made one drunken-driving arrest and wrote 40 seat belt citations during the recent July Fourth Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over/Click It or Ticket crackdown, officials said. Rolling Meadows police joined forces with state and other local law enforcement agencies in conducting the crackdown campaign featuring high-visibility enforcement combined with a variety of outreach activities including a media campaign and additional police activity. The recent law enforcement crackdown was funded by federal traffic safety money through IDOT's Division of Traffic Safety.
