Book sale at Schaumburg library Saturday

Hardcover books for just $1 and paperbacks for 50 cents will be among items available at a book sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

In addition to books for all ages, items for sale will include DVDs, books on tape and video games for 50 cents, and free movies. An unusual addition will be black metal sign holders which stand 5 feet 3 inches high with a sign space of 28 by 22 inches for $5 each.

The sale will be held in the basement of the library, which may be entered on the south side facing Dominick's. Books purchased at the sale may not be brought into the public area of the library. Book sales are held every other month, with the next scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 14.
