It's not too late to register for 2013-2014 Schaumburg Park District Preschool

Space is filling fast for preschool!

Registration packets for 2013-2014 Schaumburg Park District Preschool are now available at the Pat Shephard Center and parkfun.com. The 2013-2014 school year will run from Sept. 3, 2013 to May 21, 2014.

Schaumburg Park District Preschool is accredited by the National Academy for the Education of Young Children. A variety of classes are offered and each age-appropriate class builds on the next to provide children with a strong foundation to become successful life-long learners.

Children who will enter kindergarten in 2014 and 4 years old on or before September 1, 2013 are eligible for the 4-year-old program. Children who will enter kindergarten in 2015 and 3 years old on or before September 1, 2013 are eligible for the 3-year-old program. Children who are 2.5 years old by Sept. 1, 2013 may register for mini-preschool classes.

To register, return the completed registration packet along with a birth certificate, proof of residency, $45 non-refundable registration fee and $50 security deposit. Registration is taken only at the Pat Shephard Center

Schaumburg Park District preschool centers are located at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way; Pat Shephard Center, 421 N. Springinsguth Road; and Bock Neighborhood Center, 1223 W. Sharon Lane.
