Daily Herald report

Jim Cornelison, the man who has helped make the national anthem a much-see event at Chicago Blackhawks games, will perform "The Star-Spangled Banner" around 4:15 p.m. July 4 at the Naperville Exchange Club's Ribfest celebration in Knoch Park near downtown.

Organizers say Cornelison will perform on the Navistar Main Stage between the performances of Casey James and Love & Theft. The gates will open at noon July 4 and tickets can be purchased at the gate or online at www.ribfest.net.
