Grayslake police have embarked on a special enforcement campaign coinciding with the Fourth of July holiday. Officials said Grayslake authorities have joined the nationwide "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" effort that launched Friday and runs through July 7. Grayslake police said they plan to be on the lookout for impaired motorists in a roadside safety check Wednesday, July 3, at routes 120 and 83.
