Glen Ellyn manager elected to head group

Glen Ellyn Village Manager Mark Franz has been elected president of the Illinois City/County Management Association for the 2013-2014 year. Carol Stream Village Manager Joe Breinig was elected president-elect. Typically, the president-elect becomes president the following year, officials said.

The association encourages personal and professional development of its membership, which includes more than 700 municipal administrators throughout the state.
