UPS Supports Local Student with Scholarship

Thanks to an outstanding academic record and performance, UPS's charitable arm, The UPS Foundation, recently awarded the child of a UPS employee the James E. Casey Scholarship, a scholarship program created for children of both UPS full-time and part-time employees. Nicole Higgins, daughter of employee Lawrence Higgins, will receive a four-year scholarship to the university of her choice.

Higgins was one of the elite 91 students chosen out of the 1,400 students of UPS employees who applied. She will be attending Benedictine University in Illinois.
