• A flagpole and a United States flag were stolen on the 200 block of North Water Street, it was reported to police at 8:37 a.m. Sunday.

• Three windows were shattered on the caboose stationed outside the Depot Museum, 155 Houston St., it was reported to police at 8:31 p.m. Sunday.

• A front window was shattered at an office in the 100 block of East Wilson Street, it was reported to police at 9:40 a.m. Saturday.

• David M. Charipar, 18, of the 1600 block of Sauk Drive, Batavia, was charged with possession of cannabis at 6:17 p.m. Friday at Elm Street and Batavia Avenue, according to a police report. He was also issued a warning for a stop sign violation.

• An AT&T Technology utility box was labeled with graffiti in the 1000 block of South Raddant Road, it was reported to police at 9:05 a.m. Thursday.
