Fun and Fit Family Day is June 29

Lambs Farm and Advocate Condell Medical Center will host Fun and Fit Family Day from noon-5 p.m. Saturday, June 29. The free event invites families to spend a day outdoors and learn how to be healthy together. Vendor and information booths will be there, as well as demonstrations and activities that encourage physical activity, including four-wheel bike rides, a fitness run, a speed pitch station and a dance party. Businesses will demonstrate Zumba, Navy circuit training, Yoga and Tai Chi, and vendors will teach bike safety, give free shoulder massages and free blood pressure screenings.
