Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that Brendan Whelton has joined their La Grange office.

Whelton has grown a successful real estate career over the past 14 years by working with sellers, new construction, investors, and first time home buyers. Although he focuses predominately in the western and southwest suburban areas, as a former resident and Realtor in Chicago, he finds himself still working with clients in the city as well. He specializes specifically in La Grange Park, Indian Head Park, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, La Grange and Western Springs where he grew up.
