LiPetri turned herself in to police just after 8 a.m. Thursday and posted bond.

Police said officers had to rescue animals from their kennels as floodwaters rose on April 18.

LiPetri couldn't be reached for comment. She bought Kountry Kennels in 1995, according to a 2003 Daily Herald feature story on the business.
