Former U.S. secretary of state Colin Powell and Emmy Award-winning television producer Mark Burnett will headline this year's Global Leadership Summit Aug. 8 and 9 at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington. Burnett's television credits include "The Bible," "Survivor," "The Apprentice," and "The Voice." Other speakers at the summit include research professor Brene Brown, Top 50 Management Thinker Vijay Govindarajan, best-selling author Patrick Lencioni, leadership consultant Liz Wiseman, Kenyan Pastor Oscar Muriu, clinical psychologist Henry Cloud, Teaching Pastor Chris Brown, VitalSmarts co-founder Joseph Grenny, Restore International CEO Bob Goff and North Point Ministries founder Andy Stanley. Willow Creek Senior Pastor Bill Hybels also will speak in addition to hosting the summit.
