• Michael Harrison, 51, of the 100 block of Hazard Road, Carpentersville, was charged Tuesday with felony retail theft, according to a police report. Harrison stole two boxed watches valued at less than $300 from Walmart in the 600 block of Dundee Avenue, East Dundee. Police said Harrison was charged with a felony because he was previously convicted of a theft-related offense. His bail was set at $5,000 and he is due in court Friday.

St. Charles

• Four people were charged with fighting at 1:36 a.m. May 19 at Second and Main streets. Police said those charged were Joseph M. Rabiola, 27, of the 43W300 block of Burlington Road, Elgin; Kyle E. Cullan, 23, of the 1300 block of North Field Court, Harvard; Michelle L. Cullan, 30, of the 7000 block of Cherry Valley Road, Cherry Valley; and Victoria W. Anderson, 24, of the 6N100 block of Prairie Valley Drive, St. Charles.
