Dining events: Countryside Saloon hosts Two Brothers beer dinner
Brew and chew
Two Brothers Brewery invades Countryside Saloon for a beer dinner at 6 p.m. Monday, June 3. The farm-to-table menu includes arancini risotto fritters, organic baby spinach salad, braised pork shank and spring shortcake for dessert. The beer lineup features Bitter End, Ebel Weiss, Domaine DuPage and Dog Days. $45 a person includes tax and gratuity.
