This big news this season at Six Flags Great America is that Batman: The Ride has reversed course, meaning riders will sit facing backward as the coaster loops and dives.
The Batman ride opened in 1992, so this is a twist on an old attraction. The newest ride at the Gurnee theme park is the X-Flight "wing coaster," which made its debut last year.

What do you like best at Great America?
Are roller coasters your thing? If so, do you favor the vintage, wooden-track American Eagle (which opened in 1981) or the more high-tech, enclosed Dark Night (which joined the lineup in 2008)?
Coasters too scary? What about the water rides, like Logger's Run and Roaring Rapids?
Or is the carousel more your speed?
