Benet Boys Frosh/soph lacrosse team hosted Naperville North Huskies Tuesday, and came away victorious. The game started with plenty of shots, but nothing finding the net. Benet was finally able to score with a shot from Colton Paterson, assit Conor Coyne. Benet took the lead and didn't look back. Paterson added another goal, Joe Walz contributed two more, and Daniel Stent added one to lead the Redwings to a 5-2 victory. The defense has picked up their game too. Luke Manning lead team in take aways. Patrick Maxwell, Brian Weithers, Coyne, and Jimmy Burke were also active with take aways. Colin Hall and Cole Schram continue to share time in the net shutting down the opponent.
