Kane County Board Chairman Chris Lauzen said his reading of the cards shows no more major concerns about pending changes to the county's hiring freeze policy. The changes introduce the notion of emergency and temporary hires as was seen in the hiring of Lauzen political ally Robert Sauceda a few months ago. The policy change vote will come at the same time board members are asked to approve a big list of political appointments for Lauzen.
