Huntley

A 17-year-old boy from Huntley was arrested Friday and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, police said. In the same incident, Jeremy G. Stokes, 22, of the 5900 block of west Superior Street in Chicago, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a police report. The boy was released to his father and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court. Stokes was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court May 20.

A 17-year-old boy from Huntley was charged Friday with possession of tobacco by a minor, police said. In the same incident, Modi Khushboo, 28, of the 10900 block of Wheatlands Way, Huntley, was charged with the sale of tobacco to a minor, according to a police report. Both were released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court May 13.

Jessica N. Carlin, 19, of the 1300 block of Cunat Court, Lake in the Hills, was arrested April 24 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a police report. Carlin was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court June 10.

A student from Huntley High School told police his iPod Touch was stolen Friday out of his backpack in the boys locker room, police said.
