Dr. Breuder Bakes
College of DuPage President Robert L. Breuder makes pretzels alongside students during a recent visit to the Bake Shop in the Culinary & Hospitality Center. During his visit, Dr. Breuder and his kitchen team made a number of treats, including Bienenstich kuchen (Bee Sting Cake) and a hazelnut torte from his mother's recipe.
