Man arrested in Lincolnshire park:

A Tennessee man was arrested about 11:30 p.m. April 22 in Lincolnshire and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Luis R. Gamboa, 21, of Antioch, Tenn., was arrested after police saw what they described in reports as a suspicious vehicle at North Park, 1025 Riverwoods Road. Gamboa is due in court May 15.
