International leaders on Bush library guest list

DALLAS (AP) — Among the 10,000 people expected to be in attendance as the George W. Bush Presidential Library is dedicated in Dallas are heads of state and former members of the Bush administration.

Ex-secretary of state Condoleezza Rice and former commerce secretary Don Evans are expected to speak at Thursday morning’s ceremony at Southern Methodist University.

Organizers also say former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, former South Korean President Lee Myung-bak and former Spanish President Jose Maria Aznar will be in attendance. Former Australian Prime Minister John Howard, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, former Ghana President John Kufor and Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO’s Secretary General, are also expected at the ceremony.
