Tuesday's series finale between the Kane County Cougars and Peoria Chiefs has been postponed due to the heavy rain expected to coincide with the ballgame. The two squads will make up the contest as part of a day-night doubleheader on May 16 at Fifth Third Bank Ballpark.

Game one of the day-night doubleheader will be at 11:30 a.m. while game two will take place that evening at 6:30. The Cougars will next take the field in Fort Wayne on Thursday night at 6:05 central time with right-hander Lendy Castillo expected to get the start.

The Cougars will return to Fifth Third Bank Ballpark on Wednesday, May 1, to take on the Bowling Green Hot Rods at 6:30.
