Lakes Invite: Grayslake North went 1-1 at the Lakes Invite, with a 4-0 victory over Zion-Benton and a 2-0 loss to host Lakes.

Against Zion-Benton, Chelsea Olson scored 2 goals, including one on a penalty kick, for the Knights. The other goal was off an assist by Kendall Detweiler. Detweiler scored an unassisted goal, while Teagan Johnson accounted for North's other score off an assist by Kayla Hartigan. Goalie Megan Davis had 2 saves.

Against Lakes, goalie Abby Rice had 5 saves. Grayslake North is now 3-5-1 on the season.

For Lakes, Maya Schmitt and Nicole D'Ambrose scored against Grayslake North, on assists from Hannah Jewell, and Kara Jones had her fourth shutout of the season with 6 saves. The Eagles (6-4) also got a 1-1 tie against Richmond-Burton. Brianna Rosales scored their goal on an assist by Jessica Cipolla.
