At a glance: The White Sox are happy to be home following their first road trip of the season, a challenging 10-game test at Washington, Cleveland and Toronto. The Twins are off to a decent start at 6-7. Poor weather wiped out home games at Target Field Sunday vs. the Mets and Wednesday vs. the Angels. The Sox were 14-4 vs. Minnesota last season, outscoring the Twins 113-77. Peavy was strong in his last start, vs. the Indians Sunday, allowing 1 run on 5 hits in 7 innings. He also had 11 strikeouts. White Sox pitching coach Don Cooper is due back after missing the entire road trip due to diverticulitis.
