Palatine 13, Conant 10: The host Pirates outscored Conant 4-1 in the third quarter, and that proved to be the difference as both teams scored 3 goals in the first, 2 in the second and 4 in the fourth.

Rachel Chumbook (6 goals) and Caroline Wojtas (5) led the offensive effort for Palatine (15-10, 5-4), and Kim Butler had 14 saves in goal.

Barrington 18, Schaumburg 2: Catherine Byron and Lisa Danhauer had 4 goals apiece to pace a dominant effort from the visiting Fillies, who clinched an outright MSL West championship with the victory. Maddie Burrell and Grace Buenrostro share time in goal for Barrington (19-2, 9-0).

Fremd 13, Hoffman Estates 8: Mandy Borre (3 goals) and Tori Boldt and Breanna Anderson (2 apiece) led the way as the Vikings wrapped up a second-place finish in the Mid-Suburban West.
