Link’s obsession with gambling

Link’s latest gambit calls for Illinois to approve Internet gambling — to bring blackjack and craps to anyone who wants it whenever they want it. Only Illinois residents over 21 years old could play on Illinois sites.

Really? Now how would state gambling regulators know whether an Internet gambler is over 21? By magic? By clairvoyance? By slight of hand?
