The agreement signals a new direction recently appointed Eco Depot CEO John Stange intends to take the company in becoming a new consumer brand manufacturer and distributor of leading "eco friendly" consumer products.

"We wanted to enter the water filtration market and were specifically seeking an eco friendly Brand we could launch to USA Mass Merchant Retailers," Stange said. "We firmly believe the WaterGeeks brand will be very well received in the USA market by consumers and retailers alike,"

WaterGeeks CEO Brent Meikle added he looks forward to Eco Depot "formally launching our brand in the USA market and offering consumers an eco friendly alternative to single-serve bottled water."
