Jacobs ties for title at Riverside-Brookfield
Jacobs ties for 1st at R-B: Jacobs scored 86 points to tie host Riverside-Brookfield for first place at the 46th annual Gary Johnson Bulldog Relays. The Golden Eagles were most successful in the relay events, winning the 3,200-meter relay as well as the 1,600 relay. Sophomore Josh Walker took first in 10.8 seconds in the 100-meter dash for Jacobs.
Les Hodge Meet: Burlington Central had several top finishes at the Les Hodge Meet in Batavia. Lucas Ege won both hurdles events for the Rockets, while Ryan Olsen was second in the 400 and third in the 200. Jason Berango took third in the 100 and Josh Swarting was third in the 1,600. Nolan St. John took third in the pole vault. The Rockets were also second in the 400 relay.
