McGrane a true fiscal conservative

I am writing this letter to offer my endorsement for Kevin McGrane and the Republican candidates for Palatine Township Trustee. Living in Cook County, we are surrounded by corruption, high taxes and lifetime politicians. It is becoming difficult for lifelong residents on fixed incomes to keep up with rising property taxes without fear of having to leave the community they have called home for decades.

I have met Kevin, and I find it refreshing that he has taken an interest in both his community and in politics at such a young age. A true fiscal conservative, he will fight for the taxpayers of this community while also ensuring that essential services like the food pantry and rides for seniors continue unabated. Finding creative ways to maximize services, increase efficiency and lower costs across the board are all on his teams agenda. Kevin and Bill Pohlman, neither having ever run for office, have also sworn to limit themselves to two terms, max. The incumbent Republican trustees, Art Goes and Bill Huley, have pledged to make this their final term. This is a team that works together, has a plan for the future, and intends to serve in public office for the right reasons. Township government may be less than 5 percent of your property tax bill, but it all adds up. Having the right team in place that will increase transparency, cut bloated budgets, and increase communication with the community is exactly what Palatine needs and exactly what the taxpayers deserve. Please go and vote for Kevin McGrane, Art Goes, Bill Pohlman, and Bill Huley on Tuesday.
