Two Des Plaines men and two juveniles were charged with felony mob action and disorderly conduct after intimidating a motorist, Des Plaines police said Thursday. Luis E. Gomez-Garcia, 20, of the 2200 block of North Magnolia Street, Des Plaines; Enrique Gonzalez, 19, of the 1800 block of Illinois Street, Des Plaines; and two teenage boys, 15 and 16 years old, were arrested around 7:10 p.m. March 20 on the 1800 block of South White Street. The two adults were also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. According to reports, they were in an SUV when they saw the male victim driving through their neighborhood. They stopped the car and tried to open a door in order to beat him up, but the doors were locked, so they punched and kicked the car, reports said. The driver drove home, saw the SUV circling his block and phoned police. Officers stopped the SUV and the victim identified the people arrested.
