Good Shepherd offers seminar on diabetes surgery
Dr. Daniel Wool will discuss treatment options for diabetes, including bariatric surgery, from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital on Route 22 near Lake Barrington.
Wool will talk about how the surgery has been shown to control weight, blood sugar and help with many other medical problems. Registration for this event is recommended. A light meal will be served.
