Gurnee Park District has promoted Scott Crowe to its superintendent of recreation. The position includes leading a team of employees in planning, organizing and supervising recreation programs. Crowe has been with the park district since 2005, most recently working as aquatic division manager. "I am very excited to have Scott serve as the superintendent of recreation and am confident that he will sustain both the recreational quality our community has come to enjoy and the visionary planning that will drive Gurnee Park District to further excellence," Executive Director Susie Kuruvilla said.
