Write about challenging life events at Gail Borden Library April 4

The program "Writing about Challenging Life Events" will take place on Thursday, April 4 at 7 p.m. in Meeting Room 1 at the Main Library. Monica Lee, author of "The Percussionist's Wife: A Memoir of Sex, Crime & Betrayal," will talk about how to write about life events such as death, parenting, divorce and family secrets. The class will include a hands-on writing exercise. Please register online at
