Antioch teens accused of burglarizing vehicle

Antioch police said Thursday they arrested two teens this week who were caught stealing from a man's vehicle. And police are asking residents of the Red Wing, Neuhaven and Clublands subdivisions who had portable electronic devices removed from their vehicles within the last two years to contact them, since several items were recovered during the course of the investigation that may be theirs.
