Palatine Park District Presents Hound Egg Hunt

Palatine Park District presents the annual Hound Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23 at noon at Towne Square, 150 W. Palatine Road, Palatine. The event is for dogs and their owners ages 16 and up. The dogs will hunt for eggs filled with treats and each dog will receive a souvenir photo with the bunny.

The fee is $6 for pre-registration or $8 at the event. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and pre-registration must include a copy of the current rabies form. Registration can be completed at Community Center, Birchwood Recreation Center, or Falcon Park Recreation Center. Dogs must be wearing a current rabies tag to participate in the event, and each dog will receive a goody bag.

In addition to the egg hunt, dogs and their owners will be given the opportunity to browse the sponsor area. This year's gold sponsors include A Closer Bond Dog School, Baxter & Beasley, Daily Herald Media Group, Doggie Playhouse, Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital, Loving Care Animal Clinic, and Tailchasers, Inc.
