Rosary's WYSE Team Places Second at Regionals

Rosary High School's WYSE (Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering) team placed second overall at the regional competition in February. Individual awards for Chemistry went to 1st: Anna Ward, 2nd: Becky Fritz, 3rd: Tess Fitzsimmons. For English, 1st: Jesika Barmanbek, 2nd: Tess Fitzsimmons. For Physics, 2nd: Colleen Madlinger, 3rd: Aimee Arvayo. The team will compete at sectionals at Northern Illinois University March 13.

Rosary is a Catholic, college-prep high school for young women located in Aurora, Illinois, and sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Springfield, Illinois.
