Where is Dondi when you need him?
Notwithstanding the country's poverty, disease, rebellions, earthquakes, draughts, snowstorms, Kardashians, Cubs, Sox and Bears, the Herald's two newest "cartoon features" (SoupToNutz and ThatABaby) are dreadfully awful. Where are Little Lulu or Dondi when you need them?
