About this Article

Connor McHugh, an eighth-grader at St. Michael Parish School in Wheaton, refuses to let the circumstances of his birth define him. Born with no arms and underdeveloped legs, Connor hasn't let it stop him from becoming a coach for his school's football team. In January, he received the Inspirational Athlete award at the 2013 Comcast SportsNet Sports Awards.
