Columbia College career fair:
Columbia College of Missouri-Lake County hosts a career fair on Thursday, March 21, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the school at 1225 Tri-State Parkway, Suite 506 in Gurnee. For community members seeking a new career or promotion, it will be an opportunity to meet with some of Lake County’s best companies. Two sessions are planned: Job seekers hot topics from 2 to 4 p.m. to explore hot job markets, master interview preparation techniques and discover techniques to set you apart from the competition; and Meet with employers from 4 to 6 p.m. Companies and career seekers with questions can call Patrick Snyder, community and alumni relations coordinator at (847) 336-6333.
