Biersch's drink makeover

Old drinks are getting a new twist at Gordon Biersch with recent additions to the drink menu. A couple of new cocktails join the beer-focused lineup: the honey basil collins made with Plymouth Gin, house-made honey syrup, basil and soda for $9; and the Veev Mule made with Veev Acai Spirit, fresh lime, mint and ginger ale, also $9. Additionally, the wine menu has expanded to feature 39 wines from five different countries.
