The College of DuPage Counseling and Advising Center will offer free workshops this spring on depression, goal setting, stress and anxiety. Programs are open to all students and community members and will meet in Student Resource Center, Room 1144, at the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.
"Test Anxiety" will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25. Participants learn ways to reduce stress before and during tests.

"Mental Illness and the Family" will meet 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28. Guest speakers will discuss their struggles with mental illness and its impact on friends and family.
"Cyberbullying and Digital Citizenship" will meet 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 6. Participants will discuss current trends, review various digital platforms and review case examples of problematic behavior online.
"Coping With Loss" will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14. Participants will learn to grieve in a healthy way and discuss the grieving process.
"Communicating Effectively With Your Professors" will meet from 6 to
7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. Participants will learn tricks for face-to-face interactions with instructors.
"College Students & Alcohol: Myths, Facts, and Decision Making" will meet from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17. Participants in this national workshop explore the facts and common misconceptions about alcohol.
