Our Fittest Loser making progress

“Melynda is off to a great start,” says Joshua Steckler, owner of Push Fitness and the trainer of Our Fittest Loser, Melynda Findlay.

“She has totally changed her diet and already she's noticed a difference in the way she feels,” Steckler says.

More energy, better sleep and a new outlook on health. Not bad results in just three weeks.

At this point, the only challenge Steckler is navigating with Melynda is the pain she's experiencing in her knees.

“We've had to modify her workouts to accommodate the pain in her knees,” he says. “But as she continues to drop more weight, improves stability and strengthens her muscles, I'm confident we'll be able to progress to exercises like squats and lunges.”

Steckler wants Melynda to see the potential for continued success even when the contest is over.

“My goal is to teach her what she needs to know as she progresses through the rest of the program,” he says. “This is something that will change the rest of her life.”
