Home Care Personal Services employee earns senior advisor certification

Peggy Arnold, operations manager of Home Care Personal Services, Inc., recently earned the elite Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® designation. Completing the certification process required extensive training and testing, and allows Ms. Arnold to supplement her work with seniors at the home care agency with a specialized, in-depth knowledge base of resources available to the aging population.

“Peggy is deeply driven by the desire to help those in need,” says Laura Bishop, vice president of Home Care Personal Services, Inc. “She is constantly looking out for seniors and their families who come to us for help, often directing them to resources they did not know about. She is committed to helping the elderly live with dignity at home, and it shows in her service to each person. This training and certification is a perfect fit both for her knowledge base, and desire to assist the elderly.”

Arnold joined Home Care Personal Services, Inc., in 1994 as an administrative assistant in the agency's corporate office, eventually becoming the operations manager of the corporate office and three branch offices.

In addition to her work commitments, Ms. Arnold is a board member for the award-winning Sweet Adelines Chorus, the Choral-Aires Chorus. She also serves her community as a board member of her home association. She has two grown children and five grandchildren, and lives in Aurora.

Certified Senior Advisors (CSAs) have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials and education with knowledge about aging and working with seniors. The CSA designation alone does not imply expertise in financial, health or social matters. Details: www.csa.us.
