Antioch Police Chief Craig Somerville said an investigation into drug activity in the village revealed Bedrosian as a potential dealer of marijuana. Officers armed with a search warrant went to Bedrosian's house at 4:01 p.m. on Feb. 15, Somerville said.

Court records show police found about 778 grams of marijuana during the search.

Somerville said $12,466 in cash was also seized under the Drug Asset Forfeiture Act.

Bedrosian was taken to Lake County bond court, where he was released on a recognizance bond, records show. He is due back in front of Judge James Booras on March 5.
