Monitor costs of services provided to the Township and utilize these services which are most economical.

In the 21st Century, with municipalities gobbling up vacant land, why are townships needed? Should they be serving a new role? If so, what?

Townships are the closest government to the people, and can provide goods and services that no other municipal or local government can provide.
