LOMBARD, Illinois—The annual Lilac Time Art & Craft Fair planning has been underway for several weeks now. With the event slated for Sunday, May 5, committee members have been meeting to jury the applications received thus far…but there's still time!

While a number of applications have already been received, there is still plenty of space left for general crafters. There are a limited number of spots for crafters offering jewelry and those spots will be assigned on a lottery basis. The deadline for jewelry applications is March 1. The early bird deadline for all other crafters is a March 15 postmarked date. After March 15, a $25 late fee will be charged to the application fee, which is $100.

Proceeds from all the craft booths will be donated to local civic organizations serving Lombard. Currently, beneficiary applications are being accepted until April 12. All applications may be found on the Lombard Chamber website, www.lombardchamber.com or may be requested by calling the Chamber office at (630) 627-5040. Sponsorships are also available for Lombard Chamber businesses who wish to participate.

The Lilac Time Art & Craft Fair is sponsored by the Lombard Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Village of Lombard.
