at February 8 & 9th Conference

Two Tough Questions Every Church Should Ask:

# 1 – If your church closed its doors today, would anyone in the community care?

# 2 – Or even worse…would they even notice?

The Externally Focused Church Conference to address these questions at St. Peter Lutheran Church & School (111 W. Olive Arlington Heights, IL or www.fulllifeinchrist.org) on Friday, February 8, and Saturday, February 9, 2013.

Two identical, half-day sessions are designed to make training easily accessible. Following each session, groups attending from the same church are encouraged to stick around for another hour of group processing time to help develop a tailored action plan.

On Friday, February 8, from 12:30 to 4:00 pm, and then again on Saturday, February 9, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, best-selling author and speaker Eric Swanson will challenge people to think beyond traditional ministries to the needs and dreams of our community. Encouraging the Church to balance both the Good News and good deeds, Swanson will offer valuable insight into how every church can become “externally focused.”
