Lake Zurich High School Varsity Cheerleaders Advance to State Competition
The Lake Zurich High School Varsity Cheerleaders earned the right to advance to the State Cheerleading Competition at the sectional championship held last Saturday, Jan. 26th 2013 at Rolling Meadows. The team will travel to Bloomington IL on Feb. 1st and 2nd of 2013 to compete against 25 other teams from around the state to vie for the State Title in the Large Varsity Division.
The LZHS cheer squad also came out on top on Jan. 20th, 2013 in Antioch where they placed first in the Lakes Division of the North Suburban Conference.
