The Adjunct Music Instructor will teach MUS 129 (Community Orchestra) to a diverse student population. This will encompass selecting the repertoire for the orchestra, conducting rehearsals three times per week as well as conducting the orchestra at music department concerts. This course will be offered during the day. The responsibilities and duties of the instructor may change as the needs of the college arise. Minimum Qualifications: A Master's degree in the discipline OR Master's degree plus 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline. Applicants must be comfortable teaching all of the string instruments at a basic level and able to conduct an ensemble of beginning and intermediate string players.
