HD Fitness in Hoffman Estates hits home run on Fox 32, and WGN

In a span of 12 days, WGN and FOX 32 news reached out to owner Michael Haiduke of HD Fitness in Hoffman Estates about his unorthodox style of training to help keep people motivated! Here is a bit of what Fox 32 News had to say about HD Fitness!

Owner Mike Haiduke told Good Day Chicago's Patrick Elwood how his fitness center can help motivated people keep from getting into an exercise rut.

Part of the reason so many people with health-oriented New Year's resolutions get off track is because they get bored. But HD fitness helps them with a support group to keep them moving forward, and a variety of workout options that many gyms haven't expanded to yet. He encourages people to do their own thing, from dumbbells to suspension training to flipping a 350 lb. tire across the room. There aren't a lot of machines at HD Fitness. They focus on body weight exercises, to get people moving and grooving.Mike also said just 45 minutes a day can make all the difference, in a place where progression is the goal and a positive attitude about changing your life is consistently present.
